Education Innovation
Learning in the 21st Century. Is it different than when we were in school? Should it be different? Many educators are exploring these questions. The New Learning Institute creates thoughtful videos examining these topics. Every time I watch one, I rethink my concepts of traditional teaching and learning. With this post, you can peruse some of the videos and think about the issues related to learning in the 21st Century. Some of the assertions made in the videos "push the envelope." As you watch the videos, therefore, you will want to keep an open mind.

I have included some of my favorite videos below. However, you can go to The New Learning Institute's vimeo page and watch others. Be sure to share your thoughts about specific videos on the discussion section of this page. If you watch three of the shorter videos and comment on them, you will earn 30 minutes toward your CEU requirement. If you watch one of the longer videos and comment on it, you will earn 30 minutes toward your CEU requirement.
